FUTUREtec's software CopyCalc can be used starting with the simple calculation of single printer, copier, fax or multifunctional systems, including sophisticated system- and personnel cost calculations up to the comparision of large paper output situations. FUTUREtec wanted an easy to handle tool to analyse a broad spectrum of different questions in the context of print and copy solutions. CopyCalc is the tool for all the necessary cost calculations in such projects. FUTUREtec uses CopyCalc in its own projects and sells it to suppliers of printers, copiers, telefax, and multifunctional devices.
